First of all, examine thoroughly the article before you judge quickly. By our own investigation, we discovered this report as full of hearsay and not of facts. As usual, Manila Livewire allows this type of article to be posted online to bait reader’s attention.
Here are the reasons why it’s good as hoax:
- No official report about from China’s state news agency, CCTV or alike.
- Manila Livewire failed to give details on the specifications of the said equipment. Frigate is so generic!
- No links from reputable source. Failed to disclose official’s name.
- It was categorized as Humor only
FYI there was more ridiculous report published on Manila Livewire including this: “China will donate around 60 escalators and elevators in the Philippines”, after a brave mom accidentally swallowed alive by a mall elevator in Jingzhou city, Hubei? Shamed.
