Duterte on "Laglag Bala" : An Inside Job Modus Operandi

Following the arrest of a 60-year-old Engineer Augusto Dagan Dorde for two bullets found in his bag, Davao City Mayor Rody Duterte speculates that the series of arrest of innocent passengers for bringing live bullets in the luggages, was organized by the syndicates inside the airports, told Ang Balita Davao post.

“Ang akong duda, pagsulod pa lang ngadto sa cargo hold didto sa Manila, unya di man nato na makita, ginasulod na ngadto. Ang makasulod lang diha, ang mga empleyado sa airlines, kung naa man silay makit-an pulis. So sindikato gyud na, naa sa sulod, naa sa gawas,” the Mayor said in his Sunday television program, Gikan sa Masa, Para sa Masa.

Dorde is an engineer of JV Angeles Construction Corp. (JVACC) who visited the city for meeting about the building of a water treatment facility and conveyance system for the Davao City Water District (DCWD).

The enraged Duterte warned the people behind the illicit operation, either policemen or airline employees, that he would force them to “swallow” the bullets, if he were the president.

He urged the prosecutors especially Davao Prosecutor Nestor Ledesma to consider the case closely.
The report noted, that he  also urged President Benigno Aquino III to personally address the matter as this has caused embarrassment for the country.
