Davao City, Philippines - A video of Mayor Rodrigo Duterte making bisayan spoofs against his rival Roxas has gone viral after it was posted by TV5 Newscaster, Paolo Anota.
The one minute length video shows the tough-talking Mayor mocking LP's standard bearer Mar Roax of his failure and no accomplishment as DILG secretary since President Gloria Arroyo term.
