How to Avail PAG-IBIG Free Mass Wedding? Requirements and Registrations Tips

Are you planning to get married next year by joining the Pag-IBIG sponsored Mass Wedding with your partner? Cheers! This article is for you!

Pag-ibig usually sponsors free mass wedding yearly, every February for its members who will be tying the knot. But only with limited slots per city.

Last year, Pag-Ibig Fund accommodate a total of 2,400 couples nationwide from its members, either new couples or live-in partners of five years who are at least 25 years old.

Participating couples will be provided a free reception that includes meals, venue, music and entertainment; symbolic gifts or wedding rings; giveaways; and raffle items for a chance to win one unit house and lot, Kabuhayan packages, and household items.

The winning couple shall select from a list of acquired assets to be offered by the Fund from four various locations namely Luzon, National Capital Region (NCR), Visayas and Mindanao.

These documents are necessary requirements so they can get assistance and in the preparation of marriage documents.

Requirements

For new couples
- Seminar certificates from the local civil registrar (CENOMAR)

New couples need to submit birth certificate and certificate of no marriage (Cenomar), among others.Marriage application fee, marriage license fee and advice or consent fee is worth P50 pesos.For male or female aged 18 to 20 years old, a parental consent is required with the father’s signature, which if in any case is deceased, can be substituted with the mother’s signature. For those who are 21 to 24 years old, a parental advice is required with signatures from both father and mother.

For live-in partners, they need to present a birth record of children; either birth certificate, baptismal certificate, immunization card, crib card or school record.

How to Register

Interested participants may register at the Marketing and Sales Division of Pag-Ibig Fund anywhere in the country, call PAG-IBIG hotline at 724-4244 or send an email to publicaffairs@pag-ibigfund.gov.ph

Registration forms are available at any Pag-IBIG offices in Mandaue, Mactan, Danao, Bogo, Cebu City Ayala, Cebu City-Colon Street, Talisay City, Zamboanga, Davao, etc
