Latest Guide on how to Register to My.SSS #2019 #BetaVersion

This guide will help you register at Social Security Service online portal called My.SSS (Beta Version 2019) in just 6 steps. We decided to create this guide since we noticed the old registration tutorial is no longer applicable.

What you need before to start?

  •  Laptop / Pc / Smartphone with good internet connection
  •  Updated Internet Explorer browser (Chrome or Firefox may not work properly)
  •  Personal information such as CRN # , Payment Reference Number, etc
  •  Working Email address (Yahoo / Gmail account will do)
  •  And make sure you know your mobile # registered in SSS / UMID pin code and other information

 If you're all set, now let's start!

Step by Step Guide on How to Register new SSS Account Online

 Step 1: Open your web browser and visit: https://portal.sss.gov.ph/member/registration.xhtml ( BETA Version)

          DONT USE THE OLD page. It will not work when you submit your data!!!

 Step 2: Fill up all the required fields in the MEMBER REGISTRATION form
          Note:

  •   CRN/SSS Number - If you forgot, check from your UMID or ask your employer
  •   Email address - Your active email address for verification
  •   User id - Create your own. Make sure it's easy for you to remember- this will be used when you login into My.SSS
  •   Register using information reported to SSS: If your mobile # was not registered, use the Payment Reference Number (PRN), check your last SSS Payment form.

 Step 3. After you filled up the Local Mailing address section, scroll down and hit the REGISTER button. A notification will open to inform you've successfully
        registered you will receive a verification email.


 Step 4. After 30 mins, login to your email address, check the email sent to you by SSS ('Subject : SSS Web Registration")

 Step 5. Open the email and click the "Please activate your account by clicking here" link. You should see the Member Set password page.
           If the page goes blank try Internet Explorer browser!


REMINDER: You need to activate your account within five(5) working days, otherwise, the link will expire and you will need to repeat the registration process.

 Step 6: Enter your password - Minimum of 8 characters AND click Submit button > click OK when asking confirmation.


 You're now LOGIN to My.SSS portal. Congrats!

1. How to View Monthly Contributions
  Go to Home Portal > Click E-Services > Inquiry >
  Under Employee Static Information, hover Member Info tab > Click Actual Premiums

2. How to Get PRN
   Go to Home Portal: https://www.sss.gov.ph/sss/appmanager/portal/home
   Click the PAYMENT REFERENCE NUMBER (PRN) Tab
   Now you'll have the PRN page
   Click the Print Statement of Account button to download a pdf copy
   When pdf form open, right click and save as, choose the directory of where to save
   PRINT and present it when you pay your monthly premium

 3. How to check loan inform
   Go to Home Portal > Click E-Services > Inquiry >
  Under Employee Static Information, hover Loans tab > Click Loan Status / Loan Info


 4. Where to find submit Maternity Notification / Retirement Claim / Flexifund Enrollment page
    They are all under E-Services tab

 5. After I submitted the registration form, an error message appears "Web Page Blocked!. Can't continue. Didn't receive any mail.
    This maybe happen because you use the old portal to register. Try to register thru this link :
