Manila, Philippines - The ALA promotions in partnership with ABS-CBN once again will bring an action-packed boxing entertainment on March 28, 2015 night at the Smart Coliseum.
Dubbed as the Pinoy Pride 30: “D-Day”, tough fighters from the ALA boxing stable will face their contenders from Mexico, Indonesia, Ghana and Brazil.
WBO light flyweight champion Donnie Nietes, the longest reigning Filipinos world champion will seriously fight Gilberto "Parrita" Parra of Mexico currently has outstanding 17 knockouts in 19 wins with just two defeats.
Nietes had shown his best ever performance in his last two fights defeating former OPBF flyweight champion Ardin Diale and John Vergil Bitor.
Meanwhile, five division world champion Nonito “The Filipino Flash” Donaire, clearly learning from his stunning stoppage loss to WBA featherweight champion Nicholas “Axe Man” Walters continued his relentless training program, determined to make a statement when he faces Brazil’s William Prado in the co-main event at the Araneta Coliseum where he last fought in 2009 and scored a rousing 4th round TKO over previously undefeated Raul Martinez.[ABS-CBN]
