Navy To Conduct Recruitment Drive in Cebu #AFPSAT #NOCC #BSC

To all Cebuaños Navy aspirants, mao na ni ang higayon! 

The Philippine Navy Mobile Recruitment Team for Naval Officer Candidate Course(NOCC) and Basic Seaman Course (BSC) is scheduled to conduct a recruitment drive on June 3-14 June 2019 at Naval Forces Central (NFC), NBRR, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.

Below are the schedules of the activities:

  • 03-05 June 2019 - AFPSAT/IQ/NP Exam
  • 05-09 June 2019 - NP Interviews
  • 10-14 June 2019 - Medical Exam (PE/ME)
  • 15-16 June 2019 - Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
  • 17-21 June 2019 - Records Check
  • August 2019     - Tentative Convening
All interested applicants for Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC) and Basic Seaman Course (BSC) should bring the following in original and photocopy:

✓2x2 ID picture with white background
✓one valid ID
✓TOR
✓College Diploma/TESDA NCII certificate/K12 Diploma
✓PSA birth certificate

Applicants are advised to wear a white T-shirt (round neck), pants, and rubber shoes. Bring valid government issues ID, be in presentable haircut and properly shaved.

Qualifications:

BASIC SEAMAN COURSE (BSC)

INITIAL REQUIREMENTS: Original and Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate, Original and Photocopy of Transcript of Records, Original and Photocopy of College Diploma, 2x2 colored ID Picture with white Background and Accomplished Application Form
  • Must be a natural born Filipino citizen and of good moral character.
  • Must be between 18-23 years old.
  • Unmarried and with no child to support.
  • Holder of at least 72 units in college (preferably technical courses) or Technical Education and Skills Development Authority National Certificate II (TESDA NC II).
  • Height requirement is 5'0" for both Male and Female.
  • Must not have any pending civil / criminal case.
  • Physically and mentally fit for training.
  • Must have complete four front (anterior teeth) and at least three molars (back teeth) on both upper and lower jaws.
  • Must pass the AFP Service Aptitude Test (AFPSAT) and IQ examination.

NAVAL OFFICER CANDIDATE COURSE (NOCC) for SAILORS and MARINES

For SAILORS

INITIAL REQUIREMENTS: Original and Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate, Original and Photocopy of Transcript of Records, Original and Photocopy of College Diploma, 2x2 colored ID Picture with white Background and Accomplished Application Form
  • Must be a natural born Filipino citizen and of good moral character.
  • Must be between 21-28 years old.
  • Unmarried and with no child to support.
  • Graduate of a 4-year baccalaureate degree (preferably technical courses).
  • Height of 5'0" for both Male and Female.
  • Must not have any pending civil / criminal case.
  • Physically and mentally fit for training.
  • Must have complete four front (anterior teeth) and at least three molars (back teeth) on both upper and lower jaws.
  • Must pass the AFP Service Aptitude Test (AFPSAT), IQ and Special Written Examination (SWE).

For MARINES

INITIAL REQUIREMENTS: Birth Certificate (NSO), College Diploma, Transcript of Records and 2x2 Picture with white background
  • Must be a Filipino Citizen and of Good Moral character.
  • Must be 21-29 years old.
  • Unmarried and with no child to support.
  • Graduate of any baccalaureate degree.
  • Height of at least 5'4" (male) and 5'2" (female)
  • Must not have any pending civil / criminal case.
  • Physically, Mentally and Psychiological fit for military training.
  • Must pass the AFP Service Aptitude Test (AFPSAT), IQ and Special Written Examination (SWE).
