PDEA is still hiring for Drug Enforcement Officers (DEO). Find out how join!

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) is still accepting via the internet applicants for male and female Drug Enforcement Officers. The recruitment announcement was posted at PDEA Cares social media page yesterday.

To initially qualify, the applicant must be at least 21 to at most 35 years old; a holder of a Bachelor’s degree; a passer of the Civil Service Professional examination or an eligible for Second Level Position or a holder of Professional Regulation Commission license; at least five feet and two inches in height for women, and five feet and four inches in height for men; with good moral background; physically fit; computer literate; with commendable oral and written communication skills; exuding with self-confidence; with burning desire to fight the dangerous drug problem in the country; willing to undergo rigid training for at least six months; willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines; and, have a National Commission on Indigenous Peoples certificate for members of ethnic group.

Interested applicants shall take qualifying exams and neuro psychological evaluation exam.

Qualified applicants shall then undergo six months Drug Enforcement Officers Basic Course at the PDEA Academy in Silang, Cavite.

Successful PDEA recruits shall have an entry Salary Grade of eleven or PhP14,198.00 and plantilla position of Intelligence Officer 1 in the government service.
