One of the 14 people died in Davao Market bombing initiated by the Abu Sayyaf is Kristelle Decolongon currently studying pharmacy at SPC, Davao.
Kristelle Decolongon, a 17-year-old student of San Pedro College taking up Pharmacy course, was in the blast site along Roxas Boulevard, Davao City. She is from Surallah, South Cotabato.
According to official investigation report, the victim suffered pelvic fracture, shrapnel injuries in the spinal column and chest, respectively that lead to her immediate death.
The blast occurred at about 10 p.m. in a night market filled with late night goers.
The extremist Abu Sayyaf Group, the subject of massive military offensives in Sulu,has claimed responsibility for the bombing.
