2023 Philippine Navy Info Drive & Mobile Recruitment Schedule

  The Philippine Navy will carry out the 1st Leg of Mobile Recruitment for CY2023. The activity will be conducted aboard Naval Operating Forces to cater to applicants for the Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC) and Sailor Basic Course (SBC).


For aspirants, initial requirements are TOR, NSO Birth Certificate Diploma, NBI Clearance and 2x2 ID picture with white background. Read this post [ How to Join the Philippine Navy ] for more info.



FOR NAVAL OFFICERS CANDIDATE COURSE (NOCC)

  • Basic Salary of P27, 425.00 , additional monthly allowance of P 5,660.00, other allowances and benefits
  • Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen and of good moral character
  • Must be between 21-28 years old
  • Single
  • Graduate of a 4-year baccalaureate degree (preferably technical courses)
  • Height of at least 5′ 0 ” for both males/females
  • Must not have any pending civil/criminal case
  • Physically and mentally fit for training
  • Must pass the AFPATB, IQ and SWE exams

FOR BASIC SEAMAN COURSE (BSC)

  • Basic Salary of P 11, 265. 00, additional monthly allowance of P 5,660.00, other allowances and benefits
  • Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen and of good moral character
  • Must be between 18-23 years old
  • Single
  • Holder of at least 72 units or graduate of a 2-year vocational course (preferably technical courses).
  • Height of at least 5′ 0 ” for both males and females
  • Must not have any pending civil/criminal case
  • Physically and mentally fit for training
  • Must pass the AFPATB, IQ and SWE exams
