Qualifications check list are as follows:


FOR NAVAL OFFICERS CANDIDATE COURSE (NOCC)
- Must be a natural born Filipino citizen and of good moral character

- Must be between 21-28 years old

- Single

- Graduate of a 4year baccalaureate degree preferably technical courses

- Height of at least 5 feet for both males and females

- Must not have any pending civil and criminal case

- Physically and mentally fit for training

- Must pass the AFPATB, IQ and SWE exams


FOR BASIC SEAMAN COURSE (BSC)
- Must be a natural born Filipino citizen and of good moral character

- Must be between 18-23 years old

- Single

- Holder of at least 72 units or graduate of a 2-year vocational course preferably technical courses

- Height of at least 5 feet for both males and females

- Must not have any pending civil and criminal case

- Physically and mentally fit for training

- Must pass the AFPATB, IQ and SWE exams
